Hi Gurus,
I am looking for some guidance for a issue I am encountering on ESS Personal Data (Over view screen / Biz card):
This was the original settings which was working fine:
And as the result of this setting, I am getting this data on the ESS Personal data as shown:
Now, when I change my Custom App CC setting to say: From "HRESS_CC_PER_OVR_PERSDATA_XX" to "ZHRESS_CC_PER_OVR_PERSDATA_US" (Please note, the Z version is a copy of the standard "HRESS_CC_PER_OVR_PERSDATA_US"), I am getting a message as "No data available" as shown below:
Am I missing anything other than changing the Custom App CC and including it in my custom Application ? Anybody any suggestions are most welcome.
