I am facing an issue with LOIPRO02 IDoc type through which I send production order to an external system.
I have a product assembled on two lines (2 production versions). It has BOM components assigned to operations 60 and 70.
When I create an order on Line 2 for quantity 10 and above and send the order to external system (SAP ME), the IDoc is successful.
In the operation 60 to which component is assigned, field value RSPOS, segment E1RESBL is picked as 0001 and for 2nd component as 0002.
But the original document as received from SAP ECC in MEINT shows the RSPOS value as <RSP and it is failing here. For second component the RSPOS value is shown as 0002 which is correct.
In the IDoc in the change mode, I just removed 0001 and again typed 0001 for the RSPOS value for 1st component in operation 60 and saved and reprocessed. This time the original document came correctly to MEINT and was processed correctly.
Even more surprising fact is when I create an order for quantity less than 10 on Line 2 it IDoc data is coming correctly.
Or if I create order for same material on Line 1 for any quantity > 10 there is no problem.
Can some provide some inputs as to what could be the reason for such a behavior?
