I have an issue with replication of customer from R/3 to CRM for a particular Sales area. The customer is extended in SAP R/3 to a new sales area, which is not reflecting in CRM. In CRM the same customer is available with other sales area expect the one which we are facing an issue. I have generated org model using tcode CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE and same thing is maintained under Tcode: PPOMA_CRM. we have also used tcode CRMD_INDEX_OM for update but no use. The Bdoc from R/3 is successful and it is not displaying any errors. But when I check sales org details in Business Partner it is not reflected. I have also tried to load from R/3 using CRMM_BUPA_MAP but no luck.
Please suggest how to fix this issue.
