How to load Cost center, cost elements and orders in planner?

Hi,

I need help with this one.

Can we load plan by cost center, by cost element, and by order? . We have multiple operation like a,b,c,d,e.

Can we analyze this monthly and YTD?

Several analysts explain their respective portion of the budget. .

Is this possible and if it then How?
