Needful Support on Below Issues Time Management
- Earned Leave (EL) can be accumulated up to 60 days for Management employees and 90 days for Non Management Employees.
- Sick Leave (SL) Can be accumulated upto 60 days for Non Management Employees
- Miscarriage leave entitlement is 42 days on pro-rata basis. Applicable for all employee groups and subgroups
- Sick Leave (SL) and Earned Leave (EL) can be combined only if SL is exhausted for Non-Management Employees
- Casual Leave (CL) cannot be availed for more than 3 consecutive days. Cannot exceed 6 days (including weakly off + Company declared Holidays)
