Adding new parameter in Standard value key

Hello experts,

In our system, all work centers have assigned the same standard value key. This Standard value key has four parameters. We have already created the routings with these work centers and we have values for these four parameters.

Now, we need to indicate a new parameter, so I have added it in transaction OP19 (the rest of ten parameters remains the same).

Everything seems to be correct, but there is something strange. When I enter CA01/CA02/CA03, if I do not push enter button, the descriptions of the parameters do not appear. Why is this happening? Do I need to configure anything else in the system??
