Fiori - Approve Purchase Order error - Invalid key predicate

Hi All,

Experiencing an issue with the Approve Purchase Order Fiori App whereby when I click on the item I see a HTTP request error. In the "Show Details", it tells me there is an "Invalid key predicate".

I have checked /IWFND/ERROR_LOG however it just tells me the same issue, that is, "Invalid key predicate".

Any ideas on how to resolve this? Screen shots attached
