Deduct automatically salary paid as advance in payroll

Please guide on given below scenario::

Case 1: we will pay salary as advance 1000 in off cycle payroll for August month.

Now client want that, paid amount (1000) has to be recovers automatically in Regular payroll for August month.

Case 2:  we will pay salary as advance 1000 in Regular payroll for August month.

So when we will run regular payroll for September month, then paid extra amount (1000) should be deduct automatically or recover with the September month.

Please provide your valuable inputs on that.
