I want to Add Guided Procedures to ESS, when I am searching the ESS standard menu in LPD_CUST , Guided procedures or life work events are not there. I copied Work Events , but still it's not reflecting int the portal . please check the below 2 screen shots
I want to add the standard below services
● My First Days
● Birth/Adoption
● Marriage
● Divorce
● Benefits
● Change in Employment Status
● Terminate Employment
We do have to add any specific GP roles separately ?
Pl tell me where to configure ?
