Query Report having Null Value

Hi Team,

I need a query report by joining 2 Tables.

Table A is a Master Table and Table B is a Transaction Table .

My report will show the line items in Table A which are not included in last entry in Table B.

Table A contains a field (U_AInCode) and Table B contains the same field (U_ACode)

Anyone can help me to solve this issue....
