Conditions:
NS Reg - if working hrs is between 22:00 - 6:00, but number of hrs is within planned working hrs.
NS OT - if actual working hrs exceeded planned working hrs and is within 22:00 - 6:00.
Reg OT - if an overtime (P11) was filed and is reflected in IT2011; this is in excess of actual working hrs vs planned working hrs.
NS OT - if no P11 was filed; this is in excess of actual working hrs vs planned working hrs.
Expected results:
PWH - 8
Actual working hrs - 9.67hrs
Reg Hrs = 8
NS Reg (22:00 - 3:00) = 5
Reg OT (3:00 - 4:00, P11) = 1
NS OT = 0 (no P11)
Reg OT (if no P11) = 0
NS OT (3:00 - 4:00) = 1 hr
