Inbound Queues not getting cleared - SAP CRM

Hello SAPients,

Good Morning to all.

I am working with the mass data uploads via BODS.

When i try to send data to CRM(it means inbound idocs in CRM) i see still data in the Inbound queues which should be deleted once the idoc are generated in SAP?

Because of this when i run idocs via job the job goes to time out error pointing to Queues.

Generally, Queue should be deleted automatically once the idocs are created in SAP(Correct me if i am wrong)

Even we raised a very high priority to SAP(Still SAP working on it), just looking for any leads where it can help.
