Balance in FK10N differs for each FY

Dears,

I have a strange issue in FK10N, I am running FK10N report for few vendors for two years, the 1st year closing balance should be the opening balance in the next year, but there is difference in all vendors. However the recon balance is matching for each year. I have assigned the screen shot of the same, please let me know if my understanding is wrong or is there some issues in system.
