Having more than 1 access for e-recruitment questionnaire

Hi,

I have this requirement to set up questionnaire, where user can use it for purposes such as popularity voting, course responses.

I am thinking of making use of the e-recruitment questionnaires, since we are already using it now.

However, I would like to know if it is possible to segregate the Maintain Questionnaires function according to access rights? For example, recruiters can only maintain the questionnaires for e-recruitment, HR admin can only maintain the questionnaires for popularity voting?
