Hello,
My company purchased SAP Crystal Reports 2011 on 30.08.2012 and now we need to install this program on another Computer.
When I tried to install Crystal Reports with the original disc, I got the message “The product keycode is not valid. INS00140”.
Before I will uninstall the program from the old computer, I have to be sure that the new computer is working correctly.
The official seller in Israel told me to connect with you.
I will appreciate if you can help me with this problem.
