Could not start the app due to an internal error

Hi,

  I have developed a custom app and added as a tile in the fiori launchpad.  The app works fine when run independently. But when i execute it from the launchpad i get the below errors.

2015-01-27 12:44:05 Error - found in negative cache: 'sap/ui/lpo/Component.js' from sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/zlpoinspectform/Component.js: 404 - NOT FOUND 

2015-01-27 12:44:05 Could not start the app due to an internal error - 

Any suggestions?
