Leaver Request Authorization error

Hi Experts,

I configurate everything for the Leaver Request in our Dev System.

When I click on it, I got follow message:

User is not really configurated. ( What? I Have SAP_ALL)

Here is the role (PFCG)

Can anybody help me?
