AC role approve empty inbox

Hi,

We are problem with approve role request, but I dont see in inbox.

Status request is

Aprover was found by workflow.

but in work item dont see this request.

Is possible some problem with workflow program,  but in method DISPLAY_APP  is empty.In class CL_GRAC_ROLE_APPROVAL_WF for workflow.

Or some other problem with this workflow?

We are have SP 12 for AC.
