Hello SAP Experts:
Before I go down the path of development, I want to make sure I am not missing anything. The process order is pulling the assembly scrap (%) from the material master as expected. The issue is that each part has a different assembly scrap depending on the line it is run on, so the user wants the flexibility to change the scrap percentage directly in the process order. SAP allows you to change the scrap quantity but does not allow you to change the percentage. The percentage field is grayed out.
Is there any standard way of opening up the scrap percentage field so users can change this within the process order?
