Unabe to create condition record by using material tax classification fields in access sequence for discount condition type

Hi Experts,

I have one discount condition type ZRS3 with calculation type A:Percentage and i have created one access sequence with material tax classification 2 and 3. But unable to create the condition record by using this access sequence.

Please refer below screen shots and give valuable advice to resolve this issue.
