Status issue with SAP CRM Resource Planning Assignment

Hi Experts ,

 

We are facing a buffer related issue with the Resource Planning Assignment in CRM UI .In the RPA , when for any assignment , the status is changed to any other value [ other than Completed ] , it gets updated at the RPA level and also at the item level of the Service order. But only for the Completed status , the staus gets updated at the RPA level but not at the Service order item level.

The issue is coming in our custom code where , when all the assignments are completed ,we are setting the Header staus of the service order to 'Final Confirmation'.  We had raised the issue to SAP and according to them , in the custom code there are lot many Status buffer related updates and that might be creating a problem .

 

The Call Stack till the custom method where the issue is coming is  -

1)Custom implementation for CRM_WFD_RPA_WFM~Assignment_Modify  : fetches the Appointment details for the assignment .

2) Call back event    Function module    CRM_PARTNER_DETERM_INITIAL_EC

3) Order_Save BADI Implementations

4) Callback events

5)  Z method where the issue is coming.

 

We tried to implement the code in ORDER_SAVE BADI implementations

In the mentioned method , instead of CRM_ORDER_READ to fetch the assignment details , we tried fetching the assignment details directly from database using CRM_SERVICE_I_READ_DB

We even tried   CRM_ORDER_SAVE and CRM_ORDER_INITIALIZE   for the service order header , before fetching the assignment details.

But none of this worked .

 

Kindly suggest what can be done to rectify this issue.

Error Picking non XML File in PO

Dear Experts,

 

We have moved from PI 7.1 to PO 7.4 Recently.

 

In one of the scenario we are processing the Text file , Where channel picks the .txt file and java map converts to XML format .

This was working fine in PI 7.1 but after Migration This scenario is not working.

 

There is a error in Picking the file itself ( By Sender CC ). i am getting the following error.

 

"unable to parse XML message payload to extract operation for receiver determination org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in Prolog".

 

Please note i cannot use Content Conversion here.

 


Any Helpful information is very much appreciated.

Hi Experts,

 

We have an requirement to send 997 back to customer and 850 to SAP.

 

We have implemented the setup in development system and it is working fine.Same setup we did in test system.But, getting the error message as below

I have developed the setup as below.

 

1. File to EDISep with out mapping to split the messages.

2. EDISep to IDOC with mapping program and we used X12 module parameter in sender EDISep channel with all required details.

Interchange id's we have given same as in development.

Guys i am getting some memory dumps whenever my HCM Consultant is running a retro payroll.

The dumps are as follows.

 

How to correct the error

    The amount of storage space (in bytes) filled at termination time was:

 

 

    Roll area...................... 6238112

    Extended memory (EM)........... 4001259000

    Assigned memory (HEAP)......... 2000720624

    Short area..................... " "

    Paging area.................... 679936

    Maximum address space.......... 18446604152724142095

 

 

    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

    find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

    keywords:

 

 

    "TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED" " "

    "SAPMS380" or "MS380F10"

    "EXTRACT_STRINGS_FROM_SNAP"

 

 

    If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error

    notification to SAP, include the following information:

 

 

    1. The description of the current problem (short dump)

 

 

       To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File

    (Unconverted)".

 

 

    2. Corresponding system log

 

 

       Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.

       Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes

    after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File

    (Unconverted)".

 

 

    3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP

    program: The source code of the program

       In the editor, choose "Utilities->More

    Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".

 

 

    4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which

    actions and input led to the error.

Dear Experts,

 

Need your valuable inputs on the issue " 1000/C0100 CTR belong to business area a1 not a2 , Message no : KI188". Scenario is  In STO within the company code without billing while doing pgi to receiving plant system is throwing this error. Standard or moving average price fields are populated for both the plants. Any idea on how to get rid of this error?

CAL Solman 7.2 System Preparation - RFC Connectivity

Hello,

 

I've imported an example project into the Solman 7.2 (CAL) and want to start the Solution Documentation Content Activation.

Therefore I have to setup the RFC Connectivity. This fails with the following messages:

 

* RFC destination SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 not created

* RFC destination SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 does not exist.

* No authority or connection for RFC destination SAP-OSS-LIST-O01



I am logged in as user SOLMAN in client 000.


Is there any documentation available for this issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Experts,

 

We have retirement pension contribution for our employees which is being paid smoothly. Now currently there is a Process has been added like when employee leaves the organization within one year , the retirement pension should stop and amount should be reverted back automatically!

 

Could you please help me out on achieving this through a PCR how to check employee has completed a year or not in a PCR?

Tax base amount

Hi,

 

In MIGO, after simulation system is not calculating tax amount on invoice/net amount. Instead i am getting some tax amount on big base amount.

  I have never given base amount in MIGO. Some big base amount is coming.This is the case in production only. In quality, every thing is fine.

Also i have checked & compared all the setting in OBCN, OBCN, FTXP etc

Material Staging using 281 Network demand

Hi All

 

We have active plants that use material staging to production orders (261 movements)

 

We now have a request to material stage in a new plant but to Network demands (281 movements) and not Production order demands (261 movements)

 

Is this possible? Or does WM-PP interface only work with 261 demands for production orders?

Planning table: Change production version on error

Hi everybody,

 

I have a problem with the option "Change production version on error". I have two production versions available, both are validated and can be used. These production versions are assigned to a product.

 

Now I have two planned orders with the first production version introduced on them. I dispatch one of them and it uses all the available capacity on the first work center assigned to that production version. When I try to dispatch the second one, SAP should try to dispatch on that work center and when impossible it should try to dispatch it at the second work center introduced on the second production version.

 

The thing is it gives me two errors (Message number CY744) because it has not been able to dispatch the second planned order on the first work center and it is checking the same work center twice. Additionally it gives one information line telling me that SAP has not been able to schedule on the next line (Message number CY444).

 

Any help?

Hi Experts,

 

I have a sales organization with an attribute values

COUNTRY

CURRENCY

POSTCODE_1

POSTCODE_1

COUNTRY

SCENARIO.

Checked in table hrv1222a.

 

Now i want to add an attribute, "IS_SA_ORG" to the sales organization in crm.

 

In ppoma_crm for the corresponding sales organization, in the function tab sales organization is checked(Active) and maintained with plant, distribution channel and division details.

 

We have an attribute tab there, I need to add anything over there?

 

Suggestions please.

SAP UI5 Issue - No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header

Dear Expert,

 

We are facing Issue in Chome of "Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://localhost:50946' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 405."

 

While testing the Application.

 

Please guide us on the same.

Hello,

 

I have a requirement to reset counter to zero at the start of every month. The physical counter also resets at the start of the month. I know I can do it manually in IK11. But is there are any chance to do it automatically? Because I have lot of measuring points to reset, which is not advisable to do it manually.

Hello experts , how to filter second combobox values based on the first combobox,.??

 

 

for example, lets assume we have a data like STATE and CITIES,

and my first combo box is having the Data for states, if i select any state value from the first combobox,

it should acts as a filter t theh second combobx( cities) and should display only for that perticular state's cities.!

 

any ideas to get output like this ? i have tried in XMl views, but not able to crack it   and here i have shared my sample piece of code also ,
