How to prepare the resume for FI and MM fresher consultant

Dear Experts,

we want to prepare the Resume for SAP FI and MM consultant ,but we are getting confused how to prepare and what all thing to be add in Resume .we have done the course of FI and MM but we are fresher please help .it would be great help if we get with example of attachment of resume .
