indirect valuation (Tarif)

Dear all,

In indirect valuation, we use TARIF to valuate WT according to CAP levels and groups, but I am not understanding difference between variants A B C D.

I went through help files, but i did not get any clear picture. Kindly, explain me with suitable examples.
